 | The Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute, a not-for-profit innovation institution that focuses its research in the areas of computer science and human-computer interaction, will be inaugurating its new facilities on Friday, March 22, 2013. The Universidade da Madeira, the Madeira Tecnopólo and Carnegie Mellon University, as an honorary partner, launched the Institute in January 2010, in the scope of the Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program, funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. |
